SLX Series are supplied in a Satin Black paint finish with Diamond White as a cost option. Introducing the flagship of the Moseco range, the Moseco XL speaker stands are supplied as matched pairs and feature a substantial 5mm thick, 200mm wide by 275mm deep carbon steel top plate specifically designed to support large bookshelf style speakers. Four domed isolation gel pads are also included with each top plate to protect and dampen the cabinet of the supported speaker. The XL600 has a overall height of 620mm excluding floor spikes and gel pads. For maximum stability, Moseco XL stands have been developed around a triple carbon steel tube configuration. These tubes consist of large twin rear 50mm diameter poles matched to a single over-sized front 75mm diameter pole, all painted in an attractive Satin Black finish. All three tubes are designed to accept Atabite SMD 7.5HD filler which will add mass and reduce ringing (two packs per stand would, under most circumstances, be sufficient).Moseco XL also features hand finished 40mm thick Bamboo base panels which, as well as being aesthetically pleasing, has resonance dampening acoustic benefits when compared to the more traditional metal or glass materials used in speaker stand base plate design. To maximize the performance of the Bamboo, the three steel tubes are located into individually recessed holes that allows improved lateral support, so aiding rigidity and stability. Each Bamboo base panel comes complete with four adjustable 8mm Bright Zinc Plated steel spikes with locking nuts to help with leveling and to add an additional level of isolation ( two packs of Atacama HD-S spike shoes can be purchased separately should you require the stands to be positioned on a delicate floor covering). Moseco CC02 Centre Channel speaker stand. The Moseco CC02 has a Top Plate size of 475mm (18.7") wide, 210mm (8.3") deep. If a smaller or larger top plate is required, please refer to the CC01 and CC03 versions. There are five height options available ranging from 215mm to 615mm (excluding floor spikes), so allowing you to optimize the position of your centre channel speaker. The 40mm thick bamboo base panel is equipped with four adjustable spikes allowing the stand to be tilted if required. This base panel is available in a choice of two different colours; Natural Bamboo and as a cost option, Dark finish. The twin vertical 50.8mm (2") steel tubes are supplied in a satin Black finish as standard, with Diamond white as a cost option. These tubes can be filled, so aiding stability and to improve the sonic characteristics of the speaker. One tube of Atacama Atabites SMD-Z 7kg is enough for most height options. These solid carbonised bamboo modules will make the perfect accompliment to mono block amplification, offering both support and enhanced performance. Designed primarily to support Mono block amplifiers, Atacama Monoplinth Eco 60/65 are supplied in pairs (singles are available upon request) and use mechanical resonance technology developed from the multi-award winning Atacama Evoque Eco SE series of hifi supports. Each module features V.R.D.C. (Vectored Resonance Displacement Channels) cut into the underside of each Bamboo panel. These channels have been designed to direct mechanical energy away from the supported amplifier. In addition, sets of A.S.I.S.T. gaskets and isolation components (Atacama Sonic Isolation System Technology) are built into each of the legs which both dampen and help direct this energy away, thus allowing this mechanical grounding to dissipate the unwanted resonance to the floor. In order to get the best possible sound from your speaker stands, it is recommended that the main vertical columns are partially filled with a high density inert filler . By using Atabites you will reduce ringing and give a sonically dead platform from which to position bookshelf style speakers. Featuring new zinc coated steel micro-discs, the Atabite SMD-Z 7HD inert filler has a uniformed range of particulate sizes ( 2-4mm diameter) giving consistent sonic performance. The Zinc coating adds mass, protects the filler from both oxidization and degradation while enhancing the visual aesthetics. We are even known to paint them in Satin Black on one side if production time allows! (purely aesthetic, does not make any difference to the performance, will not be seen when the Atabites are installed into the speaker stands, but looks nice in the tub!).

Designed to fit out of sight within the base plate of DUO, NeXXus, Nexus or HMS1.1 speaker stands and underneath the Bamboo base panel for the Moseco range (excluding CC versions) ,the Mass loading Base Plate pack adds 1.5 kg to each stand increasing the sound dampening and raising the stability of each support. Please note- the shape of the Mass Loading Plate pack may differ from that shown in the photography as we adapt it to fit new models of speaker stands. Made in the UK from Carbon Steel and comes painted in Satin black.

If you are looking to own a pair of the Award winning Atacama Moseco Series or the new NeXXus series speaker stands but are finding that the standard 130mm x 170mm top plates are too small for your requirements, Atacama now offer this 160mm x 220mm Optional Top Plate pack for when larger bookshelf style speakers need to be accommodated, for example KEF LS50 , LS50 Meta, Elac Debut B5.2,Dali Spektor 2 and many others .
These precision laser cut top plates are supplied as a pair and can be retrofitted to all Moseco/ NeXXus speaker stands. However, if being used on Moseco 10's, then you will need to add a minimum of two tubs of Atabites (or similar mass loading material) to the main tubes and be sure the footprint (Width/Depth of the speaker) is less than the Bamboo base panel's dimensions in order to maximise stability.
Painted in a tough powder coated Satin Black finish and made from quality UK sourced 4mm carbon Steel, each pack also includes 8 (4 per top plate) Mini Isolation Gel Pads that have been designed to help locate (reducing the chance of speaker slippage), protect (act as a cushion between the speaker and the top plate) and sonically dampen the supported speaker.
Note- Each pack consists of two top plates. Only one pack required per pair of speaker stands. Useful Tip:-It is suggested that the unused top plates that came with the speaker stands are fitted to the underneath of the base plate/ bamboo panel. This will increase low down mass, aid stability and will avoid them being misplaced should you wish to use these smaller top plates in the future. Made in the UK. This top plate pack is not suitable for Moseco XL or Moseco CC Series.
